Unlike Apple, Microsoft doesn’t manufacture their own brand of desktop computers. However, in recent years they have begun to manufacture tablet computers, which overlap with many of the features found in laptops.

Back in August of 1985, Microsoft came out with their first major consumer version: Windows 95. Since that time there has been numerous versions of the Windows operating system: Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and the newest version Windows 10.
