They took it, put a new operating system in it, extracted as many files as they could from old system and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. The oldest pc, which would made a great boat anchor, was updated by them to a newer and smaller pc for the same cost of repairing the old one. Both are working like new ones. These guys are the bomb. Go see them, and I promise you will not be disappointed. They do great work at a very reasonable price. I will recommend them to anyone. - I bought my Mac Book Pro from MacPC Market a few years ago. At the time, I found it to be an excellent value. Today, the hard drive crashed so I brought it back to them for an evaluation. The team at MacPC Market troubleshot and repaired my computer in only a couple of hours. It now works better and faster than ever. They, once again, prolonged the life of my old Mac. The gentlemen were very helpful and patient answering my questions about the various laptops. With their input, I decided on a Dell laptop. They transferred everything from my old laptop to the one I purchased.
Fast forward to August 2022 and I needed a new battery. It was necessary to order one. Rather than pick it up, take home and install it myself, I took the laptop into the store.
I also took with me a list of questions I had been accumulating.
Both gentleman are so knowledgeable and were willing to take time to answer my questions. The owner, David Hewitt, went above and beyond even showing me some shortcuts that I had not known existed.
