*My work laptop went out on me over Labor Day weekend. Visited the MacPC Market store Tuesday around lunchtime to see if they could fix it. Received a call from David on Wednesday telling me the problem and was able to fix it and get it back into my hands within a couple of hours. The charge was *extremely reasonable compared to the work that had to be performed. The computer was also cleaned and looks like a brand new computer. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again if the need arises.*

I was so happy to not have to buy a new computer - fixing it cost me a fraction of what a buying a new one would have cost. In addition, I had one technical issue after the service was complete, and they were available to help when I called. They walked me through the issue with patience and kindness. My old work PC was shot and I came here, they were extremely informative, kind and explained all my options; ended up buying a refurbished Dell from them that was half the price of my original computer but twice the quality. They set it up for me completely, even adding an extended battery, and called me with updates as I use my computer for work. A couple months later my windows system was damaged and stuck in safe mode, they got it up and running in record time and the diagnostic price is the cheapest I have paid anywhere. I’ve already recommended them and will continue to do so!

We initially took MacBook to Bestbuy to fix keyboard liquid damage, but they said it has to be send out to fix and minimum cost starts at $600. I convinced my husband that I would shop around, and I found this place. One of businesses that I contacted said that their minimum price starts at $250 regardless of a reason. I purchased a computer from them on tax-free weekend last year. Then in November, that same computer was not able to turn on. They gave me a replacement computer while they worked on the issue, and then sent my computer for more extensive repair. They made good on their product warranty and did not charge me, and I was able to keep the replacement computer in the meantime. Great service!
